Who controls your data
Curtain Track Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd (Company registration (Thailand) 0765554000332), operates https://ceilingcurtaintrack.irish and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at theteam@customersupport.care. Our addresses are listed in the footer.
What we collect and why
When you order or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order contents, payment status, messages and delivery information. We use this data to enter into and perform the sales contract, take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and keep required accounting and legal records.
We also process security and technical information needed to operate and protect the website. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights. Where consent is required, such as for non-essential analytics or electronic marketing, you can refuse or withdraw it.
Payments and service providers
Card details are entered directly with Stripe, and PayPal details with PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number. We share only the information needed with payment processors, order-storage and fulfilment providers, couriers, email and customer-support providers, website hosting, security services and professional advisers.
Some providers and parts of our business operate outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
The basket and delivery choice use browser storage that is necessary for the shop. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are not granted storage until you consent. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. Retention periods vary by record. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email theteam@customersupport.care to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where the law requires it.
You can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no online service is risk-free. We may update this policy when our practices or legal duties change; the current version and date will remain on this page.
