Curtain Track Company Ireland is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, Company registration (Thailand) 0765554000332. Our registered address is Suite 24, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi, 76000, Thailand. Our Ireland office is Charlemont Exchange, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 VN88, Ireland. The store is online only and the office is not a walk-in shop or returns depot.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful shopping and information. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. We may update the website and these terms. The version available when you order applies to that order.

Products, measurements and prices

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR). Curtain track is priced and ordered by the metre: a basket quantity of one means one metre. The cordless screwdriver is priced per item. Check the total run, including bends, before ordering. Product suitability depends on the ceiling, fixings, curtain weight and installation. No verified maximum load is published.

Track may be cut to the length ordered and can therefore be made to a customer's specification. Any effect this has on cancellation rights is explained before payment and in our Refunds and Returns policy.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. Payment is processed by the provider selected at checkout. We do not store full card details. Never send card details by email, chat or a form.

If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify an obvious pricing or stock error, we will contact you. If we cannot agree a lawful correction, we will cancel the affected item and refund the payment.

Delivery

Delivery restrictions, charges and expected timing are shown before payment and on our Shipping page. Risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Most online purchases have a 14-day cancellation period. An exception can apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, including track cut to the ordered length where the legal conditions are met. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Safe installation and use

Use fixings suited to the ceiling structure and the complete curtain load. Seek qualified help if you are unsure. The cordless screwdriver is for light screwdriving; it is not a masonry drill or an insulated electrical tool. Follow all instructions supplied with the goods.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law and complaints

These terms and online orders are governed by Irish law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them. Please contact us first so we can investigate; our Complaints Handling Policy explains the process.
